The Indian Culinary Forum, popularly known as the ICF is an Indian association of chefs, established in the year 1987 at New Delhi as an exclusive non-profit association, dedicated solely for the advancement of culinary professionals in India. The Forum’s objective is to act as a link, platform, useful and necessary instrument for the national community of chefs.
Junior Forum Membership
This membership is open to students to all students pursuing their degree or diploma in Hotel /Culinary art / catering management. The membership shall be valid till the completion of the course. In order to renew the membership the applicant must follow the procedure for professional membership afterwards.
