Founded in the year 2013, by our founders Chef Manoj Pawar and Chef Nitin Pal Singh, this institution provides an exemplary platform to learn, grow and sharpen your skills in the field of Culinary Arts, Bakery and Pastry Making. Our founder has been working in the hospitality industry for almost 2 decades.

We offer a globally recognized diploma from the prestigious City & Guilds, London.

Cook and Bake Academy has successfully trained more than 9 batches of Diploma since June 2015, thus providing them with better career opportunities, carrying forward the ethics and guidelines of City &Guilds.

The academy has been bagging accolades and laurels over the period of time for its accelerating success rate, performance, and constant efforts to beat the standards of training young chefs with peerless passion. Recently, we were awarded 3 Gold Medals at Culinary Arts India 2017 in the category of Patisserie, 2 Silver, and 1 Bronze Medals in other categories.

He was one of the jury in India Skills 2021, Master chef India Delhi Audition 2019, ICF 2107, ICU 2018 for Macedonia Culinary Challange, 2020 for Korea Culinary Challange. Member of many Prestigious association in the world. Speciality in Continental, Indian, Cuisines and Bakery & patisserie.
