I would like to add that it’s an institute where students who are keen upon cooking and they specifically want to get into culinary either it can be the culinary art or baking in specific could enroll into the course and pursue their interest. The major reason behind limiting it to only a culinary school is that institutes for hotel management have a vast area to cover, they take up all aspects of the hotel industry that is from the managerial level to culinary level, but are not precise enough. Therefore, to attain a mastery one definitely requires to go for a focused course, henceforth, for being a chef just a mere degree of hotel management is not enough, rather a culinary oriented course is a must. As there is an old proverb, “ Jack of all trade, master of none”, one has to be a master to excel in life.
