Our Culinary Arts Courses
Diploma in Culinary Arts
A comprehensive program designed for beginners and experienced chefs to master the art of cooking. This course covers essential culinary techniques, menu planning, kitchen management, and more. Students will receive hands-on training in our state-of-the-art kitchens and have the opportunity to participate in various culinary events. The curriculum includes knife skills, sauces, soups, meat and fish preparation, and an introduction to baking and pastry. Additionally, students will learn about food safety, nutrition, and cost control. Graduates will be well-prepared to pursue careers in the culinary industry or continue their education with advanced courses
Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts
An eighteen-month program providing extensive training in continental foundation and world cuisine. This advanced course delves deeper into international cooking styles, including Indian, Pan Asian, Mexican, Arabic, and molecular gastronomy. Students will also learn advanced pastry techniques and modern plating. The curriculum covers specialized topics such as sous-vide cooking, molecular techniques, and contemporary dessert presentation. The program includes 12 months of practical training, where students work closely with seasoned chefs in our state-of-the-art kitchens. The remaining 8 months are dedicated to industrial experience in prestigious culinary establishments
