This is a short-term course is created with the aim to bring out the photographer in enthusiasts and beginners and enhance their confidence to take photographs in a variety of environments with the increased familiarity of the camera.

FOOD PREPARATION

We not only teach about photography.  We start from the basics of the main focus of our job; The Food.

We teach all students the basics of cooking, enough to understand the difference between food being cooked for consumption or for photography.

FOOD STYLING

The basics of any food styling start with the preparation of the dish being shot.  Once you know how to cook for the camera, making the dish look presentable in front of the camera is what you will learn.  Usage of various herbs, and the tricks to style hard-to-shoot dishes.

FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY

Lights!  Camera! Shoot!

This is where you learn the tricks of using the DSLR to create magical images.  Right from setting the lights to create the right mood, setting the camera to get you to click that fabulous shot!

IMAGE EDITING

Being able to click technically correct images is one thing, but making the end result drool-worthy is the result of capable and good editing of the images.

With hands-on training on industry-standard software, this is where you learn to do the magic to get the final result that will make the viewers crave for more!

Meet our In-House Food Photography Specialist

Manish is a master of many trades.  He is a seasoned travel professional, who got bitten by the photography bug early in life and decided to pursue a formal professional course in Photography to understand the nuances of light.

He also does food photography for his clients, mainly small restaurants and cafes, who like to give creative freedom to the guy behind the camera.
