Ingrediants Quantity
Fennel Seed (Saunf) 3 tsp
Dry Ginger Powder (Saunth) 1 tsp
Mace (Javitri) 2 flower
Nutmeg (Jaiphal) Half pc
Cinnamon (Dalchini) 7 gm
Coariander Seed (Dhaniya Sabut) 2 Tbsp
Star Anise (Chakri Phool) 5 pc
Bay Leaf (Tejpatta) 5 pc
Royal Cumin Seeds (Shahi Jeera) 1 tsp
Cumin Seed (Jeera Sabut) 2 tsp
Method
1. Heat fennel, royal cumin, cumin and coriander seeds in a pan until aromatic.
2. Mix together all the spices and grind them to fine powder.
3. Store in a air tight container and use accordingly.
