Diploma in Bakery and Patisserie Level 2
The Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts Patisserie is developed by City and Guilds in collaboration with Worldchefs and leading global employers. It combines technical patisserie training, theoretical knowledge and real-world industry practices.
