What Is the Diploma in Culinary Arts Level 2?
The Diploma in Culinary Arts Level 2 is a professional chef training programme aligned with the City and Guilds international curriculum – the same standard used by leading culinary institutions across the UK and worldwide. This is not a basic cooking class. It is a structured career-focused qualification that takes you from foundational kitchen skills through to advanced professional techniques, live hotel kitchen experience, and a globally recognised diploma examination.
Eligibility: Passed 10th Standard, any board, any stream. No prior cooking experience needed.

You are placed in a real hotel or restaurant kitchen as part of the team. You work across sections including hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery and banquets under professional chefs for 4 months. This is live kitchen experience, not a simulation.
What career can I expect after this diploma?
Graduates work as Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie in 5-star hotels, restaurants, airlines and cruise ships in India and internationally. Many advance to Chef de Partie within 18 to 24 months. The diploma also supports PR applications in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
