Which level should I join — Basic, Intermediate, or Certificate?
If you are a complete beginner — start with Basic (1 month). If you have some experience and want restaurant-level skills — join Intermediate (2 months). For a professional hotel career with a globally recognised qualification — the 3-month City & Guilds Certificate is the right choice. Not sure? Call us and we will guide you in 5 minutes.
What is the difference between Veg and Non-Veg courses?
Both share the same base techniques and kitchen fundamentals. The dish repertoire differs — Non-Veg covers chicken, mutton, fish, and egg preparations alongside tandoor items. Both batches are available at Level 1 and Level 2 at the same fee.
Is the City & Guilds certificate valid for hotel jobs?
Yes. City & Guilds is one of the world’s most respected vocational awarding bodies. The Skills Proficiency Certificate is recognised by 5-star hotels, restaurant groups, and culinary employers across India and internationally.
Is there a written exam for the Certificate course?
No. The Certificate course is assessed entirely through a practical examination per City & Guilds international standards. No written exam. Your skills are assessed by what you cook.
What is the minimum age to join?
The minimum age for all Indian cooking courses is 14 years and above.
I am a foreign national. Can I join?
Absolutely. We regularly train students from the USA, UK, Japan, South Korea, and Europe. All classes are available in English. Mention you are a foreign national in the enquiry form and our team will assist you with everything.
What are the class days and timings?
Classes are held 3 times per week — Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. Timing slots: morning, afternoon, and evening. Contact us for May 2026 availability.
Can I pay per class or upgrade later?
Yes. A per-class option is available for Basic and Intermediate levels. EMI is available for the Certificate course. A discount applies on full payment at admission. After completing Basic or Intermediate, you can upgrade — including lateral entry to a Diploma (10th pass required).
